Are you tough enough to be . . . One Tough Sister?

This short, high-intensity project is all about turning up the heat and having rock solid confidence. You'll be a different kind of "hot" this time around.

Participants will be pushed to the edge with tough workouts and the rewards will be huge. You are guaranteed to be stronger, faster, and more powerful. You will be re-acquainted with your inner warrior. You will be One Tough Sister.

Who is eligible:
Women in good health, must be able to run/walk at least 3 miles continuously.

What it involves:
Up to 4 weekly workouts: including running, swimming, cycling. Will include drills and intervals in all disciplines.

Project Duration / Commitment: 4 weeks per session

Materials include: The One Tough Sister project companion guide including the schedule of workouts both with the group and at home and a HOT "One Tough Sister" t-shirt.

Make the most of this experience: Once initial assessment is completed, members wishing to take advantage of a one-on-one consultation with the Project Leader are encouraged to do so.

Tuition: New Sisters: $150 for 8 weeks (Material Fee included)
In honor of Triathlon's debut in the 2008 Olympics, get
4 full months for the price of 3!
Receive a one-year membership + unlimited group training until 12/31/08 for only
$275 new Sisters / $225 current Sisters.

This project is specifically geared for triathlon and race training. See the Calendar page for the list of races we'll be training for and our workout schedule. 

NOTE: This is not a weight-loss program. While it is very likely you will lose weight if you follow the program nutrition and workout schedule, the focus is not about how much you weigh but how much you can DO. The program and its goals are performance based.

  • 5 pullups, started at 0
  • 3 miles running, started at less than 1
  • 50 pushups without stopping, from about 10
  • Swimming 4+ continuous laps in the pool, from not swimming at all
