The Journey to Greatness is called a "whole-person fitness program" because it engages the mind, body and spirit.
Born out of a sincere passion to create a community which assists and supports women to achieve higher levels of fitness and wellbeing,
this week-by-week program offers a unique combination of physical activities, projects, and education involving:
Nutrition, Stress, Spirit, Fitness, and Lifestyle.
This 8-week Project is based on a wide selection of materials including the work of Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mehmet Oz, the ACE personal training guidelines along with the Leaders’ personal and professional experiences.
The SoG Project condenses the information into specific action items. By the end of the Project, the effects of the small changes will flourish, setting you on a course for continued personal growth and achievement.
Intentions vs. Implementation. Have you ever read a book or article on healthier living and better choices and thought, “I should do that” and yet somehow your same old patterns and habits wield their power over you?
The Journey to Greatness Project is THE tool for implementation.

"When I started I couldn't even run two blocks but through the support and dedication of the SOG I ran my first 10K! " -- Kathleen H., new mom
"I think one the biggest things I’m beginning to realize is that success in “achieving higher levels of fitness and wellbeing” happens one small step at a time. Carie (and all the sisters) revel(s) in celebrating even the smallest step. I remember when I told Carie that I made it ONE day without a candy bar. She was so excited for me! The enthusiasm and passion in this woman is infectious!" - LT, 2007 Journey
